如果一个社会的法律体系：公开、逻辑清晰、条理清楚、索引明确，那么人人就都知道什么可以干，什么不可以干，再配合任何人的意见都能得到重视并得以公开公正的讨论，继而不断改进法律，那么就不再需要律师这一个行业。
反之，法律如果前后矛盾，条理混乱，完全没有索引可循，那么律师这个行业就会越做越大，因为法律已经失去了作用，什么是法律已经说不清楚，查不明白了，完全仅靠律师们的三寸不烂之舌。久之，社会体系就会被架空！

When the law fails to perform its duties, lawyers grow powerful and act with impunity!

If a society's legal system is open, logically clear, well-organized, and clearly indexed, then everyone knows what they can and cannot do. Furthermore, everyone's opinions are valued and openly and fairly discussed, leading to continuous improvement of the law. In this case, the legal profession would be unnecessary.

Conversely, if the law is contradictory, disorganized, and completely lacks any index, then the legal profession will grow exponentially because the law has lost its function. What constitutes the law becomes unclear and incomprehensible, relying solely on the eloquence of lawyers. Over time, the social system will be rendered ineffective!
